Babies are getting cute
Well here are some new pictures of the babies. We bought Hamstine a ball to run around the apartment with so we were able to take some pictures of the Littles. When ever shes in the cage with them and they are walking around, and she sees that we are watching she'll start grabbing a leg, back, whatever she can and throw them back in the nest. Its pretty funny.
They wander around and stuff food in their small Little pouches. its cute.
Close up trying to get out. Their eyes are still not all the way open, so they bump into things at times.
Hello.......
umm munchies and crunchies......
We enjoy them and I will have to admit that I am kinda sad that they wont stay this Little and we are going to have to get rid of them. Tom looked online and it said that this week we should be able to hold them. We will see, I still think if we do ill come home to a bloody mess in the cage. I really want to avoid that at all cost!! So we might hold off still.

PillowCases
Well Here are my pillowcases that I made for Nathan and Eva. For my calling in church I had to learn how to make these for the service project that were doing. I have to show all the sisters in the ward how to do these so I wanted to practice before then. Nathans is of course Toy story.. for those of you who don't know he ABSOLUTELY LOVES TOY STORY right now. And I made Eva a princess one because Lets face it we all know that I would love this pillow case but Tom would make fun of me if I kept it And two Eva is a little princess. So I just have to do a few finishing touches on it then I will send them out. I hope that they enjoy it. Hey they are just to cute not to spoil.

Hammy's Babies
Here they are.. Kinda creepy and little. Don't worry we recounted and there is only 6 she didn't eat any and I'm glad to say that they are all still here. I will have to post more pictures as they are growing up.
On Tuesday night when Tom and I got home from work we noticed the Hamstine took all her bedding and made like a nest. Tom thought she did that because she was cold. So then Wednesday night we were holding her and playing with her and we thought that she looked really fat, again we just thought it was her food in her pouches. So then last night Tom and I are sitting on the couch and I kept hearing like a purring sound. After a while Tom tried to get her out and he looked at me and said "Theres babies in here." I didn't believe him at first, then I looked and sure enough there were 7 BABY HAMSTERS in there. lol So the pet store who sells only girls really had a boy in the midst cuz our hamster was how pregnant. I just hope that she doesn't eat them, so were just gonna leave her alone for a while. Then try to give them away. It gave us a good laugh last night.

Hammy Hamstine
Well everyone meet Hamstine. I thought since Amber and Andi are posting pictures of their babies then I should post a picture of my baby. :)
She likes to eat lettuce.
Here is her cage, Tom did lots of research on what was the best hamster to get, what kind of cage.. you name it, he looked it up.
Shes good about letting us hold her and she cuddles so that's good, I enjoy that.
We almost have her trained to come out of the cage all on her own, When we first got her we would trick her into coming out of the cage with lettuce but now when we open the door she comes out on her own.Posted by Tom & Michelle at 1:13 PM 7 comments

Blanket 2 years in the making,
Well here is Toms blanket. 2 years later and its still not done, but its good enough for now. First of all he had these jeans that he wore kinda alot when we were dating that were pre mission and not in the best shape, if you know what I mean ( Sorry hunny). So I thought Hey it would be a really good idea to cut them up and make them into a blanket for him so he can still have them but not wear them.:) So I got some of my old jeans and other family jeans and put them together to make this Quilt. ... Easier said then done.
Notice how all the pieces are not the same. I never made a quilt before and didn't think that it would be that hard. I should of had my mother in law help me but no I cut the pieces in all crazy shapes, which led to a very long and hard process of me trying to piece and sew it. OH THE SEWING!!!! So it was getting closer and closer to Christmas and I pieced it but the edges weren't done and there were some holes in it, but I gave it to him. I think he liked it. ha ha.. So that same Christmas Tom got me a sewing machine... yea I just opened it a few weeks before this Christmas and it was broken. wa waaaa.... So there went my plan to fix it this Christmas.
But we were really poor this year so I really wanted to finished this quilt for him, I ended up going to Joannes and getting the fabric adhesive that you just iron on. It worked well enough to finished it for Christmas, My sewing machine is still broken so I cant fix it yet but when it is fixed I will sew everything on so it looks good and wont fall apart. Tom likes the blanket now and he uses it, I'm just constantly asking him if it is still together while hes sitting there. All in all I am mostly pleased with the results and will know better the next time to cut the pieces the same way. ha haAnd yes the more I look at it in this picture I can see that it is crooked. :(

Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas!!! This was a good Christmas, we were kinda poor this year but that I think made it better, because we were able to focus on the real meaning of Christmas. I'm sad that we didn't take alot of pictures of what has been going on, so I Only have a few to share..
OK this is not all our our gifts, See the little hand?? That is Jessica so excited to open all her gifts which turned out to be mostly for her and Jack. But it is still fun to see all the gifts under the tree. It makes it feel like Christmas morning.
