Ba-Humus

I still have a few more things to post but this is just the start for now.

We flew into Orlando the night before we left for the cruise, we drove down to Cocco Beach and stayed the night there. Right across from our hotel was the ocean.

We are getting ready to leave Port Canaveral. Its just a little windy. :)
On the ship eating lunch.
Our first stop on the cruise was the ships private Island Cococay. Tom, Chris and Nancy went and played on these for about an hour. It was really funny to watch them. I didn't go because I thought it would be nicer to lay in the sun and burn... lol
Tom getting ready to go snorkeling. The snorkeling was so cool, we saw tons of fish and they were all so close and in your face. I had only a few freak out moments.
On the beach.
View from one of the beaches.
This was our formal night. We didn't like having to wear tight clothes when we were badly burned.

At Atlantis. This place was amazing!!! I would love to go there and stay for a week.

View from one of the water slides. In front of the hotels. The middle section there is where Micheal Jackson used to stay. Its 25,000 a night and the minimum you have to stay is 4 nights!

These are for Nathan. There was one water slide that you would go right through the shark tank. But it was kinda hard to see them.

Baby Manta Rays

Inside the casino.
At one part in the aquarium you could touch some of the animals, it was pretty cool.

We went to the straw market on our way back to the ship. We got some nice things in there, I just feel bad bartering with people so I have to have Tom do the talking.

This was our last night before the cruise was over, they had a big party on the deck, we didn't stay up there too long but it was fun to watch the ship sail away. My necklace i'm wearing is one of the things we got from the straw market.
Chris and Nancy doing the Shari and Bryce Picture.
This was our waiter Caino. He was really good and made us laugh a lot. Yummy yummy...

Tom and I get mugs from all the places we have been... the wooden one is from Coccocay, the one on the right is from Nassau and the Homer one is from Universal ( which pictures will come)
All in all it was a great trip. It was nice to get away and have other people wait on us, and for us to just relax.

Headbands

A few weeks ago we got hit with a crazy hail storm, this is one of the pieces that we got from our porch, it was already a little melted when I picked it up. I just wanted you to see but my real post is down here....I felt like being crafty and decided I wanted to make pretty flower headbands for myself, I have see Amber's and Andi's and thought I would try to wear them.... I went the cheap way and made them. I think they turned out pretty good. :)
My ear looks a little Elf like here. lol

The last 3 are my favorites.:)

Faith and Time

"That long journey, made under such difficult circumstances, was a trial of faith, but faith forged in the furnace of trials and tears is marked by trust and testimony, Only God an count the sacrifice; only he can measure the sorrow, only he can know the hearts of those who serve him, then and now."

thanks Nancy

In this together

We are in this together.. Dental school or no dental school... Its March and still really no word on if we are accepted or if we need to think of a new plan for us. I have to say I'm feeling quite discouraged. Actually really really discouraged.... I just have to keep telling myself that it is all in the lords hands and that whatever he thinks is best for us will happen.. its just so scary not knowing, I guess that is why we need to have faith. But I feel like my faith is really being tried here. I need encouragement we need encouragement... its going to be okay I just keep telling myself that and that we are going to be in school in the fall. We just kneed to keep going... keep having faith. Keep praying.................................. Keep holding on.

Kalahari

Last Thursday Tom and I decided that we needed a break from everything so we took a little trip down to Sandusky to do the water-park. We had fun besides the horrible white knuckle drive down due to bad snowy weather.

The water-park is themed like Kalahari and nice and warm.. it was a nice little get away for us we really needed it.
Here are just some random pictures of our trip... mostly because Andi said she couldn't stand to look at the hairy beast of a man from our cruise clues.. lol So enjoy :)

I have to put a disclaimer on these pictures of me... I look really bad and am embarrassed by these but for you Andi I'm putting them up.

Especially this one.. what a Mexican!!!lol
We have some good videos of Tom doing some body suffering but its taking to long and Im sick of waiting for it, so Ill try again later.
