Red Bull Air Races

A few Sundays ago the Red Bull air races came to Michigan. Seabass and Doug made a special trip just to come and see them. It was pretty cool the planes could do some pretty amazing tricks. flying sideways and going really really fast, all to go through this obstacle course to get the best time.

We had to go over to the Canada side to watch and we were able to get some awesome seats right on the river front. When the plans flew by you could feel the force of them. It was fun and good to hang out with everyone.

A New Table

Well this table needs to be explained. My in laws bought this table a little over 30 years ago. When Tom Nancy and Shari were little, they would use it for many things... The "safe" from Hot Lava, they would sit on it and in the middle spin around on it. So needless to say that is way it looks so beat up. When Tom and I got married we needed a table so we took this one. Its a little beat up but a good table. Tom had some time between his winter and spring semesters so he refinished the table for me. I think it looks beautiful and I am proud of him. It was hard work. But it payed off now I don't have to tell people its a shabby chic table. :)

My Hair!!!

Well for those of you who have not heard and are wondering about the picture of my hair here's what happened. I work in a daycare with the 3 year old and I usually sit on the floor and play with them and they like to play with my hair a lot. Well on Tuesday I was on the floor and this one boy (who is the devil anyway) was behind me and I thought he was playing with my hair. I suddenly felt a big snip and realized that he had cut my hair. At first I didn't think it was that bad until I felt this big chunk out of my hair. I was in shock for most of the day and left a message on Toms phone just laughing about it.. So needless to say I made a hair appointment and got my hair fixed. I'm sad because I was really liking my hair the length it was getting at. Stupid little kid...But at least its healthy now right?

Such a Handsome Guy

Since it was Mothers day yesterday and I am not a mother yet I was thinking about how one day I will be and it will be with this good guy Tom. That I am thankful for him and that he is so good to me and puts up with me. Thanks Tomtom.So with that said... This was the first time Tom and I ever hung out. We were on our way down to cedar point for Hallow weekends. I didn't know that Tom had a plan to get to know me by sitting in the back with me.. Debbie went for the back first.. sorry Tom :) But who would of guessed that Exactly one year later I would be married to that Handsome guy in the back. I'm pretty lucky

My Sisters, My best friends!!!

In the whole world there is nothing better than a sister. Friends come and go but a sister is always there. There has been many times when all I have needed was a listening ear from my sisters and I got it. So for that I am very thankful for them. There has also been many good times and inside jokes. "sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry", I'm so thirsty I could drink some sap", " I didnt even kiss him" "No I five".. and so on. Basically I love you guys and these pictures are just classic. love you guys so much. I wish we all lived closer together. There is nothing better than a sister, and I have two wonderful ones. :)
